Shipping policy


Customs duties or taxes that are required by your country's legal regulations will be the responsibility of the customer. It's recommended that you check with your local authorities before placing your order to ensure that you are aware of any additional fees.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are not collected due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are also not responsible for delays caused by unexpected weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

If your parcel goes missing or is lost, refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation from the postal service. Please note that according to universal postal regulations, the inquiry process may take up to two months to conclude.

Important: Any orders made after 13pm or during the weekend, will be processed and sent the next working day.
